Wednesday I shot some footage of Olympic Windsurfer Paul Stoeken, Paul participated in the 1996 Atlanta and 2000 Sydney Olympics. Paul owns, Island Sol, a sailing school on the beach at the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas. He'll be racing his IC 24, "Roundabout", in the Regatta with a novice crew. He hopes to get out of the double digits for a result this year.
